The Veteran Warriors name, logo, banner, letterhead, slogans, and all associated graphics displayed on this website or in official communications are the exclusive intellectual property of Veteran Warriors. These materials are protected under applicable trademark, service mark, and copyright laws.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or replication—whether in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited. This includes digital or print use of protected materials created by Veteran Warriors. Violators may be subject to legal action.

The following names, slogans, and hashtags are also the exclusive property of Veteran Warriors. Any use or claim without express written permission will be interpreted as infringement:

Effective March 25, 2022:

Following the ruling in Veteran Warriors v. McDonough (2022) by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Veteran Warriors, Inc. has formally taken steps to protect its name and brand publicly.

This ruling confirms that the federal court system—along with multiple federal agencies—recognizes Veteran Warriors, Inc. as an organization of national standing serving veterans, caregivers, families, and survivors.

As previously noted, any misuse or unauthorized use of the Veteran Warriors brand, likeness, or associated intellectual property will be considered a violation of federal protections, regardless of official filing status.

As of the date of this notice, no other organization is using these names, slogans, or marks in the manner or capacity established by Veteran Warriors, Inc., and Veteran Warriors has established standing through actual and continuous use.
