PACT Act does not provide any new survivor benefits for anyone currently receiving benefits or any survivor of a 100% permanently and totally disabled Veteran who has held the rate at least 10 years.

There are no additional benefits for Veterans rated 100% P&T.

PACT does not include all cancers or conditions.

PACT does not cover toxic exposure from communication devices or signal equipment.
